Major Updates To pyconnmgr

I just completed some major updates to pyconnmgr.

It now saves ALL settings to a sqlite3 backend. Meaning, when you connect to a specific host on a specific port, with a specific user...pyconnmgr will remember that connection for next time. You will no longer have to change user names, ports, VNC settings...etc. At first, I had coded it up so that it would use an XML backend, however I couldn't get the performance out of it I was expecting. When I changed it all over to sqlite3, not only was I completely satisfied with the performance, but I was equally impressed with the ease of coding Python with Sqlite3. I will look to this style for other future applications, and maybe even write up some tutorials on it.

I have already updated my Launchpad PPA as well as updated the bazaar branch for the code.
